Norbert Okpu: Body and Soul

In his painting, “Body and Soul,” we see a beautiful and enthralling representation of the integration of human body figures with the personality and erring nature of the human soul. Human figures are in a swirling motion with the other figures around them and a yellow essence that alludes to our collective experiences despite our differences.

“Body and Soul” is a surrealist exploration of the human condition. More than anything else, it shows that the barriers of our skin and physical body are the only things that separate us.
